I had a smaller wrist rest that I purchased at Office Depot or Staples, can’t remember which one it was but anyway, I’m a petite girl of small stature (hands/wrists) and thought the smaller one would be just fine especially for just home use. It didn’t really give good coverage but was doable. It wasn’t until I misplaced and lost it, when I went searching for a replacement. I found this one here and thought it looked a bit big since I was use to the tiny one. Well, this bigger version is perfect and comfortably soft and squishy but not too squishy. My wrist feels the difference and I do not have much pain or soreness from my carpel tunnel I would usually get. I will be getting one of these for work as well. I am just glad that I received the rectangular and not the curved version of this wrist rest that others have posted since this was the I wanted. To summarize, I love this wrist rest.FYI: I found my other wrist rest so I provided the side by side comparison.
