Got only one spark plug. I was happy it was a champion, but the spark plug package was cracked with a large hole in it, so when I picked it up, the remaining spark plug shot out. I looked everywhere for the second plug. I looked in the box the kit came in, the floor, and under the furniture even though it did not see any other spark plug fall out of the packaging, except the one. So the second one must have fallen out as my package was put together. I had extra spark plugs at home so I did not bother returning the whole package or contacting the sender so the sender’s response quality was not tested by me. It’s winter, today was relatively warm, snow and cold is predicted, so I needed to get the maintenance done. I used the maintenance kit and supplemented with my extra spark plug that I already had. I was pleased the oil filter and air filter looked like Generac products. The paper funnel was not needed. The paper towel is nice but used more paper towels than what was supplied. So the paper filter and towels are additions not needed. It was probably an innocent oversight by the business that sent the kit short of a spark plug. It was inconvenient, but did not affect me in the long run since I had spares. But it is the chance one takes when ordering online. You have to see what you get when the package arrives. In the store I would have checked right then and there. But had no time to go to the store. So I would rate my experience two to three stars, but the rating really does not fully rate the situation. To be fair, I did not test the seller’s ability to make amends, so I really can’t rate them fully overall. Initial quality of course is not so great given getting shorted a spark plug. But the seller may be great and may have sent the extra spark plug if asked. I felt no need to cause them that expense and again, I had no time to wait for the spark plug to be delivered. I willingly took the loss.
